has been testing the car and you can now

Our final test session of 2003 at Donington on November
1st confirmed that most of the irritating problems we had been experiencing
with the prototype Napier had been resolved.
Therefore we were pleased to offer the Napier to Steve Hole, the
editor of www.totalkitcar.com and www.total-sportscar.com,
the first test by a journalist. Watch out for Steve's report coming
soon.

Mall, as a promotion exercise for the Mall and Reading 107FM
Radio.
12th April 2003
The Napier had a very promising first race - the Jaguar
Car Club 100 mile Centurian Challenge at Donington Park on 12th April.
It was anticipated that there could be some teething problems, but not
to stop on the last lap with a seized front wheel bearing. The next
outing was scheduled to be at Silverstone on May 3rd, but that meeting
has been called off and the following JCC meeting is at Pembrey June
7th, so we hope to find something earlier to give the car another run.

The Nissan engine
thrives on revs, so it has been limited at 7,500 to preserve engine
life. At 8,000 it tends to be getting very close
to its safe limit. As a point of interest the power “curve” is
virtually a straight line from 100bhp at 4,250rpm to over 200 at
7,800 with impressive pulling power.
